Lifetime Fitness Activities: March 9 - 27
Day 1: Begin badminton unit - review types of hits, foot movement rallies & serving
Day 2: Continue weight lifting workouts (14 stations): leg press, leg extension, leg curls, incline
board, abdominal lifts, med. ball (abs.), pull down, bench press, pec machine, triceps, pull ups, rowing
machine, lateral raise, arm curls
Day 3: Badminton - Begin Round Robin Tournament
Day 4: Weight lifting day (complete a minimum of 2 or 3 sets/12 reps at 7 stations)
Day 5: Badminton - Continue Round Robin Tournament
Day 6: Badminton - Continue Round Robin Tournament
Day 7: Weight lifting day (complete a minimum of 2 or 3 sets/12 reps at 7 stations)
Day 8: Badminton - One Day (Crossover Tournament)
Day 9: Weight lifting day (complete a minimum of 2 or 3 sets/12 reps at 7 stations)
Day 10: Badminton - One Day Tournament (2 sided)
Day 11: Badminton - One Day Tournament (2 sided)
Day 12: Weight lifting day (complete a minimum of 2 or 3 sets/12 reps at 7 stations)
Day 13: Badminton Quiz, One Day Tournament (2 sided)
Day 14: Quiz on Muscle Groups & Weight Room Exercises, last weight lifting day
Day 15: Choice Day, End of the 3rd quarter!
